A prime minister is the most senior minister of cabinet in the executive branch of government in a parliamentary system.
As the "Head of Her Majesty's Government" the modern Prime Minister
selects those politicians he will work most closely with – the Cabinet
is the leader of his party in the House of Commons, where he guides the law-making process
