Sometimes we need Pressure to work in fast paced environment so as to motivate in competitive workplace, which helps us perform better, but stress can turn us off mentally and physically. Stress can bring negativity to any activity, place, or person. It also directly effects on our productivity; a person will suffer from health problems, or he or she will lose interest in work, resulting in errors which automatically hamper our daily life.

Appendix 1

Questionnaire on Stress Tolerance for manager

Following is a list of questions designed to provide information relating to an individual’s stability of performance under pressure. These questions are not designed to rate a person’s stress level. They are designed to give the interviewer an idea of how the applicant has reacted to past stressful situations. [14]

1. What pressures do you feel in your job? How do you deal with them?

2. Describe the highest pressure situations you have been under recently. How did you cope with them?

3. Tell me how you maintain constant performance while under time and work load pressures.

4. Describe times in the past year when you have been most upset with yourself at work.

5. Describe times in the past year when you have been most upset with someone else at work.

6. Describe the last time a person at work (customer, co-worker, boss) became irritated or lost his/her temper. What did they do? How did you respond? What was the outcome?

7. Tell me about some situations in which you became frustrated or impatient when dealing with (customers, co-workers, boss). What did you do?

8. In your career, what has been your greatest disappointment?

9. We’ve all lost our temper at one time or another. Describe for me the last time you lost your temper. What had occurred? How did you respond?

10. Give me an example of when your ideas were strongly opposed by a co-worker or supervisor. What was the situation? What was your reaction? What was the result?

Do you deal with stress?

For each affirmative answer to put 1 point for the negative - 5 points.

1. Do you have time to have lunch every day?

2. Sleep or seven - eight hours a day?

3. Quietly Does your family life takes place?

4. Do you have a friend, ready to help in difficult times?

5. Engage in regular exercise?

6. Smoking?

7. Whether alcohol?

8. Does the weight of your growth?

9. Do you have enough of your salary to cover all costs?

10. Have strong opinions?

11. Do regularly go to the cinema and the theater?

12. Do you have many friends and acquaintances?

13. Do you share them with their everyday problems?

14. Whether to keep calm during an argument?

15. Tell you about their worries neighbors or co-workers?

16. Is the time to relax?

17. You know how you manage your time efficiently?

18. Do you drink daily strong tea or coffee?

19. Whether you like to sleep during the day?

Conclusion: Less than 30 points you do not give in to the stress.30 - 49 points easily cope with stressful situations50 - 74 points hard to keep up with them.

More than 75 points to get out of stress, you need the help of friends or medicine.
