CJSC «Alfa-Bank» (till January, 2001 - the Kyiv investment Bank) was founded in 1993 and is included in the «Alfa-group» (Russia). The largest shareholder of the Bank is ABH Ukraine Ltd, Cyprus - 80,1013%, OJSC «Alfa-Bank», Russia - 19,8986%.
